On April 26, 2021, Tritek started “ IMS digital & intelligent manufacturing system ” project. The full name of IMS is Intelligent Manufacturing System, which is the upgrade version of MES! It will help us to build up automated production lines so as to produce smarter, safer and more premium batteries.
Tritek set up four SMT automatic production lines in May 2021 and officially passed the acceptance standards of customers and third parties on July 1, 2021.
What is IMS?

IMS is a unique closed-loop solution for intelligent electronic manufacturing. Through process optimization and Intelligent manufacturing as the core concept, it provides a series management methods and tools, to increase production efficiency and production quality, shorten the production cycle and reduce production cost, to realize error-proof and total traceability management.
Intelligent electronical warehouse management
Tritek’s electronical warehouse covers an area of 1000 square meters. It is an intelligent warehouse with excellent warehouse management system, material handling robot AGV transport materials, which connects with IMS system. Between warehouse and workshop to open material robot AGV transport channel, it beneficial to save manual handling and improve efficiency.
Data tracing
Tritek’s each BMS has the UID. And we can update the inspection data in the IMS system, throughout the manufacturing process of the PCBA, including SPI, before and after AOI.
New SMT equipments
Tritek set up four SMT automatic production lines in May 2021 and officially passed the acceptance standards of customers and third parties on July 1, 2021.
The number of SMT patches per day is more than 9 million (calculated in 20 hours), and the minimum part is 0201
All wire bodies are equipped with mainstream SPI and AOI auxiliary inspection before and after furnace to ensure SMT yield.
